A Spring Engagement Session at Municipal Park in LeMars, IA | LeMars Engagement Photographer
I remember being tired and a little bit sick the day of Samantha and Tyler’s session. But mostly I remember being worried that the dark rain clouds would ruin their LeMars engagement photos. This session was a bit dark, but the clouds didn’t ruin anything. In fact, the overcast weather made the softest light imaginable! We were able to shoot anywhere around town and every image came out soft, bright, and stunning!
Tyler and Samantha met me in LeMars near the shelter house at Municipal Park and we had the best evening together. I didn’t want to show all of the “bloopers,” but there are lots because Tyler is a non-stop one man comedy show. He kept Samantha and I laughing the entire time and I remember asking her if she just laughs all the time in life! Samantha may have hit the jackpot with a light hearted man like Tyler who can keep the spirits up no matter how dark the rain clouds.

I do not look forward to many things in winter; I am more of a summer and autumn lover! However, I am very much looking forward to Tyler and Samantha’s wedding day at Willow Creek! It is going to be filled with fun and laughter, plus I know for a fact that Samantha has some beautiful details planned! I absolutely cannot wait to see how everything comes together on the big day!
