A Spring Engagement Session at Grandview Park in Sioux City, IA | Sioux City Engagement Photos
Chase and Josie are planning an early fall wedding and it is quickly approaching! I figured if I was going to get their engagement session blogged, this was the time! We shot their Sioux City engagement photos back in May when the weather was a bit finicky. Fortunately, we got incredibly lucky and the light for their session was absolute perfection! It was just the perfect mix of warm temps without sweat, dreamy blossoms everywhere, and the most beautiful glow at sunset! Looking back at these photos brought back a flood of excitement.
Chase doesn’t love being photographed, but he was a great sport and even tolerated my son tagging along and Taylor assisting me so that we could shake all the blooms out of the trees! Can anything beat those cherry blossoms falling in the background of their images? Romantic photography goals! The lilac bushes were also amazing, but gave us some trouble with bees hanging around! I just love the springy mix of all the colors.
I can’t wait for their wedding day in September! They are going to make the most beautiful bride and groom around!
