I was the photographer for Zac and Madison’s Cherokee Wedding at the Little Sioux Event Center was styled with dainty blush accents and navy blue gowns with the most incredible arrangements of fresh florals! Madison and her Mother did an amazing job planning the most important details of the day. In other words, they focused on what mattered most to them, and threw a great party for their closest friends and family. I personally loved the unique features that Madison chose to incorporate, like the sequin bridesmaid gown and the floral hoops each bridesmaid carried.
Our friend Gina did a great job with their wedding ceremony, as the words were so personal and sweet. For instance, she joked that Zac is patient and understanding with Madison’s heart for animals. For instance, everyone knows that she can run out for a gallon of milk and come back with a puppy. I guess that’s why I connect so well with her, we both love our fur-babies endlessly. Maybe we can team up to foster and rescue every dog in the state together some day {a girl can dream}!
These two are some of the sweetest people I’ve gotten to work with. Zac was considerate and helpful the entire day, and it is very appreciated! He made sure to help me grab or move things so I didn’t have to run around extra times. And how did I repay him for all of this? Made him take more and more photos in uncomfortable poses! I mean, that’s the best part of my job.
You can tell Zac and Madison don’t exactly love all of the attention on them that comes with a wedding day. Likewise, I am sure they wanted to be done with photos about two hours earlier than I finally let them relax {sorry, not sorry?}. However, they were great sports and I hope they are so pleased with all the images from their wedding day. Thank you, Zac and Madison, for including me and letting me be you Cherokee wedding photographer.
