If there was ever an odd couple, Robert and I (yes, me) would be it! He and I are probably exact opposites. But I am thrilled to say that after his wedding day, Robert and I are the best of besties that ever existed!

All jokes aside, Jackie and Robert had an amazing wedding day. I won’t even be able to touch upon the details and the vows, because what amazed me so much was how their handled theirselves all day long. Let me start by explaining, a big wedding is probably the last thing they ever wanted! Neither one of them enjoys being the center of attention and I believe they each get nervous when all eyes are on them. But despite that fact, they were able to enjoy the entire event!

I am so similar to them. I am a homebody and it takes 100% of my energy to get in front of people and speak and be outgoing (is that surprising, considering I chose being a teacher and a wedding photographer? ha) and I know that if I had a big wedding, I would have tripped going down the aisle and cried trying to talk in front of everyone. But Robert and Jackie both carried themselves with grace, went out of their way to socialize with every guest and make everyone feel welcomed, and I personally had a blast with them throughout the entire day!

Congratulations, Jackie and Robert! I am so honored to have been part of your big day and can’t wait for the day that I talk you into renewing your vows on a beach somewhere (hint, hint Robert)! I hope you two love this sneak peek, and the full gallery will be coming your way soon!
