A Baseball Themed Engagement Session in downtown LeMars, IA | LeMars Engagement Photographer
I remember being a little nervous to shoot these LeMars Engagement Photos, because Mike is one tough groom-to-be. He’s a straight shooter and isn’t afraid to tell me what he’s thinking.
In the end, however, I am proud to say that I think even Mike is happy with how their engagement session turned out! Who wouldn’t be pleased? We squeezed in all the spring staples: the blooming flower patches, green vines popping up after a long winter, and even some time on the baseball diamond! Of course we planned a big section of their engagement photos in LeMars around baseball – these two have connected over baseball from the beginning! They met back in 2010 when Mike was playing for the Explorers and Ashley worked in the office.
I am not nervous at all to shoot their wedding! Their wedding will be nothing short of EPIC with everything they have planned at the Dakota Dunes Event Center and I cannot wait to share it with you soon! I can’t give away the secrets, but I will just say I even cut my Caribbean Christmas travel plans short so I am back for their wedding.
