A Chilly But Colorful Autumn Engagement Session in Cherokee, Iowa

I met Alanzo and Bailey before they were actually engaged! I was shooting a family session for Alanzo’s family and Bailey was along for the visit. I did happen to snap a few photos of them together the, but these engagement photos were much better!

Since this was shot last fall, there aren’t a ton of specifics that I remember. BUT I do recall two important details:

1. It was absolutely freezing outside and almost miserable while shooting!
2. Their new puppy was the most adorable thing, but also the least photogenic thing! None of his photos are in focus so I couldn’t bring myself to share!

Watch out for their wedding photos on the blog next week! I have no doubt in my mind that their day will be sweet and romantic and full of laughter!
